What is your return policy?
We allow exchanges and store credits on all regular priced items within 14 days from the date you received your order. To be approved for a return, continue to read our return policy.
Are there additional costs associated with my return?
Great question! Please note that we do not cover any return shipping, exchange shipping costs or duty charges.
When will my exchange be shipped?
When you submit an exchange, it is not processed until the return has been sent back and passed our quality check. Once your exchange has been approved & processed, an order confirmation email will be sent via email.
When will my order be fulfilled?
Standard shipping orders are processed in 1-3 business days and express orders are processed within 24 hours.
My package says 'delivered' but I haven't received it. What should I do?
There are a few steps we suggest taking -
1. Occasionally, packages are marked as delivered before they are physically at your address. We would recommend allowing 24 hours before assuming there is a discrepancy.
2. Contact the shipping courier selected upon checkout for further investigation.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for orders that go missing after obtaining a “Delivered” status. Please ensure that you provide an accurate shipping address that is attended during the day if your mail area is not secure.
Can you help find my size?
All Sand Swimwear styles are made in S-L. Please reference our size guide for more information regarding your size. If you still need help, please email us at info@sandbeachwear.us.
How do I care for my swimwear?
All Sand Swimwear pieces are made in our signature eco-friendly and high quality fabric. In order to preserve it's quality season after season, please follow these steps:
- Rinse after each use
- Hand wash with cold water and mild soap
- Lay flat or hang to dry in shade
- Do not tumble dry, dry clean, iron/steam or bleach
Can I make a change to my order?
Please reach out to info@sandbeachwear.us and put URGENT in your subject line. We will do our best to make changes to your order before it ships, but it is not guaranteed.
If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at info@sandbeachwear.us. If your order has already been processed, we cannot cancel your order. However, we are happy to have them returned to us for store credit if the item meets the requirements!
How do I check my order status?
Once your order has been shipped we will send through a tracking link to your email. You can use this to track your order up until delivery. Also, be sure to check your junk/spam folder as some of our emails land there.
How will I know if an item I want comes back in stock?
We are always working to restock items as quickly as possible however we encourage you to sign up for restock notifications on the product page to be notified once the item is back in stock. We also recommend contacting us to ensure that the item you are after is being restocked. In the meantime, a little shopping never hurt anybody!
